Creating Your Return or Exchange
You'll need your order number (this will start with UE) to request your return or exchange. Just head to our easy to use Returns & Exchanges Portal and follow the steps and we will get your refund, exchange or credit to you as soon as we can safely see your return is on its way.

Your Boody Guarantee
We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are both ethical and quality assured. We know you're going to love your Boody, but if for any reason you aren't satisfied with the comfort, size, or fit, you can return an item so long as it meets our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
You can return any item (except Final Sale items, Intimates, & Bodysuits) within 30 days of delivery so long as the item is unworn and presented in its original condition and undamaged packaging. All returns are inspected by our QC Team, and we reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards, as per our policy.

We kindly ask to please try on items while not wearing make up, perfume, or beauty products that can leave marks or scents, as this could cause the item to be non-returnable.

For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened intimate items such as Bodysuits, Socks, and Underwear, except in the case of a faulty garment, as per Consumer Rights Directive.
Underwear includes all Women's Briefs, Bikinis, G-Strings, Undershorts, Shapewear, and Period & Leak-proof Underwear, as well as all Men's Boxers, Briefs, and Trunks.

Bras do not classify as Underwear and can be exchanged/returned so long as they meet our policy.

Items marked as Final Sale (subject to the Consumer Law) cannot be exchanged or returned, unless faulty.

If a Bodysuit, Final Sale item, or Intimate is returned to us, we will be unable to issue a refund/exchange, and we will also be unable to return the item to you.

All returns, for refund or exchange, are charged at £3.50. This fee will either be paid on the returns portal (for exchanges), or deducted from your refund (for refunds).

All returns/exchanges enquiries will be responded to by our Community Happiness team. Please be aware that only exchanges and returns submitted through our Returns & Exchanges Portal will be processed.

If there is an issues with your order that contains Intimates, Bodysuits, or Final Sale items, please contact our Community Happiness Team stating your name and order number.
