Boody is manufactured to the highest standards and our quality is checked constantly throughout the production process.
We know you’re going to love your Boody as much as many thousands of happy Boody converts all over the world. But if for any reason you don’t, please contact us here and we promise to try and resolve any complaint you might have.
Unfortunately, it is against the law to exchange or refund underwear for hygienic reasons but we at Boody believe in keeping our Boody family members delighted with our garments so please feel free to let us know if you have any concerns.
Boody is most accommodating in terms of sizing but please check the size chart and if you are unsure, feel free to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org we will happily assist you.
We accept online payments by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. When purchasing from Boody your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology. Credit card details are never stored on the Boody website in any way, and are passed on directly to our Payment Gateway for authorisation and authentication.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
UK standard delivery orders are sent using DPD. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
You can cancel your order within one hour of purchase.
All payments are taken by credit/debit card.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us within 30 days for replacement, exchange or a refund (excludes underwear for hygienic reasons).
If you require a replacement a delivery charge applies (UK Mainland Only – Other charges apply for outside this area).
